“Working with Mark on the replacement of our old gas furnace was a good experience. I was thankful for his professional and prompt communication and the pricing for the unit itself. I was also very pleased with the professionalism of Nick and David who provided the removal of our old furnace and installation of the new unit. They were on time and great to work with. “The complete process was amazing! The install was done in a very professional manner, everyone wore Protective Mask because of COVID-19. I was really comfortable, they also were very conscientious of how close they would get to me and my wife they maintained at least 6’ distance and they always had their mask on. When entering the home they wore protective shoe covering. I guess the real question is would we use Dr Cool again? Absolutely We would Only use Dr Cool! Nick, David and Todd we very friendly answered all our questions about the install and how to use the new system. They cleaned everything up after the install even vacuumed the carpets they walked on. PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, CONSIDERATE, POLITE AND CONSCIENTIOUS Is how we would describe Dr Cool and the Dr. Cool installation team. I don’t see how someone would not be amazed at the quality of service they will receive. We are extremely happy ? Thank You Dr. Cool!”

“This was the first time I have purchased a heating system, and it was a breeze. Mark was exceptionally patient with my 5 million questions (and ongoing issues with my email). I had multiple estimates, and unfortunately the others assumed that since I was not familiar with the products, they could take advantage. Mark made sure that I got a great product that fit my needs and stayed in my budget.
When it came to delivery day, I was a little worried. We have multiple projects going on in our garage (others may call it a mess) and we did our best to make a path for them to work. They did not complain once, and were even respectful of our piles of junk. They were very efficient and despite running into a couple of hiccups, they had no problem adapting and getting everything done.
Quite honestly, when our last furnace bit the dust and I started exploring my options, I was freaked out and overwhelmed. So thank you Mark, Nick, David & Todd for taking care of everything for me so that I did not have a complete meltdown.”

“From beginning to end the entire process was honest and straightforward. The installation team worked throughout the day and in the end, and everything worked really well. And now before the summer approaches, we have a functioning air-conditioning and with working in our home because of the social distancing issues, we will be much more comfortable. Appreciate the sales with Wayne and the installation team (Nick, Dave and Tobin?) and their interaction with me. They answered all my questions. It was a good experience.”

“I decided that another summer with a window air conditioner wasn't gong to work for me! I used the Pierce County telephone directory to look up a Heating & A/C Contractor. I called 2 & 1 returned my call. He came to my home to give me a bid, but wasn't very helpful in explaining things. Since the other contractor never called back, I saw Dr Cool Heating & Air was close to my residence so I called. The gal who answered the phone was very nice & setup a appointment for Mark, the comfort advisor, to come over that afternoon. He was also very nice & most helpful & explained the heat pump vs A/C. I was able to understand & make a good choice for my needs. He was able to give me a better bid then the first contractor & so I choose to use Dr Cool, Inc. The install team did a great job! Everyone was very helpful, nice & professional! Outstanding job & highly recommended! Awesome! Thank you Dr Cool & Company!!!!”

“Dr. Cool installed our system about 5 years ago and they were great! Today we had our 1st issue. Wayne diagnosed the problem over the phone and it was simply fixed by cutting power and resetting the system.
