“Our experience with Dr. Cool / Dr. Heat moved us to leave a review. Our installers were professional and pleasant, and didn’t seem to mind that they were working in the water heater closet of our cramped guest bathroom. They quickly, and carefully removed the old water heater and installed the new one without any damage to the room, which was no small feat given the cramped conditions, and size of the water heater. They took the time to test everything thoroughly, and clean up the area after they were done. The team in the office contributed to the ease of this process, and we also want to thank them.
