“Our first impression of this company was good from the beginning because of our Sales Advisor, Mark, who impressed us very much, he was truly personable and sincere. We needed a new Furnace and AC and he was so very knowledgeable. (we also purchased an Air Quality Device the day of installation). The entire installation crew were just amazing! A seriously nice bunch of guys! They worked so well together, they were friendly and polite, definitely knew what they were doing and very hard working! Which is quite amazing, especially in 90 degree weather! We couldn’t say enough about this entire company. They are definitely recommended by us and we’ll certainly use them again in the future.”

“This is an update from a NEW Daikin Heat Pump install. It’s been 4 months since the install and my wife and I are beyond happy. The Daikin System works perfectly providing even heat through out our home. It is so quiet inside and out, it is hard to believe how quiet it is. Dr Cool/Heat and Daikin are a perfect match. “Called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment. Mark came out and provided a quote the next day. He was very knowledgeable, no pressure, and enjoyable to talk with. The next day (Thursday), Nick and David installed the new Daikin DC96VC furnace and they were friendly, professional, clean, and performed quality work.
