“We have had an Excellent experience with Dr Heat/Dr Cool. We had a New Heat Pump installed in late December 2024, to go along with our current gas furnace. Wayne, the owner and head guy, who is Very personable and knowledgeable; came out to our house and gave us a Very thorough evaluation of our current system and our options. After discussing all of our questions and concerns that we had, Wayne gave us some different options for getting an efficient system. We had checked around on pricing and while every company seems high, that is just the world that we live in now. Wayne gave us a fair price on the system that we wanted and with a good warranty as well. We decided to go with a new heat pump to augment our current and not too old furnace. And even in the midst of the holidays, Wayne was able to give us a pretty quick appointment. On the day of the installation everyone showed up on-time and got straight to work. I want to give Special Recognition to our Installers, Todd and David, who did our new heat pump installation and all of its associated work (which there is a Lot). Both Todd and David did a Fantastic job on our installation!!! They are Very Hard Workers and they worked many, many hours making sure that they did our whole heat pump installation and setup with our current furnace and ductwork, wiring, etc, correctly and professionally!! We are Very Satisfied with our new system!! Todd and David are also very personable and knowledgeable and polite and easy to deal with. Wayne is very lucky to have them as employees (especially nowadays when there are a Lot of people who don’t want to work, let alone work hard). Overall, we give Wayne and Todd and David and Dr Heat/Dr Cool Five Stars. I Highly Recommend them!”
