I had gotten a few estimates from other companies, but when Mark came by the house, he was knowledgeable and showed me everything available. He told me how the work would be done, explained the warranty, financing options…basically everything I had a question for, Mark answered it completely. He told me when they would come by to install the unit…they showed up right on time…the crew was really professional. Did a great job..cleaned up perfectly. I am not often impressed, but Dr. Cool and their great team impressed me, and I would recommend them to anyone who needed AC or heat work done on their home.”
