“Could not be happier with the service provided by Dr. Cool and Heating. Our 20 year old furnace finally gave out and after I made the call, Dr. Heat and Cool had a tech out the next day. Todd is a great tech and I trust his judgement, have had him maintain our furnace and Generac since we bought the house. He advised of a repair and also the likelihood of fully replacing the furnace due to its age.

Mark was in touch the same day to discuss repair options and also what a new furnace would look like. He was very knowledgeable and did not put much pressure at all on going with the top of line unit. It’s a breath of fresh air to do business with folks who are honest and want to simply provide the best solution, not the most expensive one.

Mark was able to get us a new furnace and schedule the install within days! The installation crew was respectful and took great care of us, all in a day! Now our house is nice and warm again and the new unit should save us some energy bills.
